A Community Built for First Responders
Who Want to Feel Better, Think Clearer, and Perform Stronger
Train Your Mind. Strengthen Your Body. Connect With People Who Get It.
A peer-led community for first responders to process what happens after the call, build emotional resilience, and reconnect to purpose.
Most of us were trained to run toward the chaos, not process what happens after.
But the truth is, what we don’t release, we carry.
The stress, the images, the adrenaline… it all stacks up until it shows up somewhere else; at home, on shift, or in our health.
After 17 years in the fire service and leading two peer support teams, Firefighter David Daigle created The Tactical Wellness Project to change that. This is a space to reset, learn, and reconnect with yourself, your crew, and the work that called you here in the first place.
Because resilience is tactical and healing is human. When you learn to process what you carry, you show up stronger for your crew, your family, and yourself.

With 15 years of experience as a firefighter EMT, I have dedicated my life to helping others in times of need. Alongside my work in emergency services, I founded Lift You Up, a holistic wellness coaching business where I help individuals achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a certified yoga and breathwork instructor, I guide others in finding balance and innergh movement and mindfulness practices.

After 10 years on the front lines as a firefighter, Chris knows firsthand the emotional toll first responders carry. Now, he's stepping into a new mission—one focused on healing, resilience, and helping others like him navigate the mental and emotional weight of the job.
